酒 Jiu Journal is an e-publication about wine culture and information. We aim to share about wine, talk about wine and everything related to its world, it’s social impact and relationship, how it relates to our perception and palate, as well as contributing to our reader’s knowledge about wine culture and, last but not the least, to let them know about the people behind the labels who makes and brings them into our markets so we can enjoy affordably.

酒 Jiu Journal is available in two versions, with selective reporting in Chinese on the main page, while the majority of the content is in English in a journal publication. 酒 Jiu Journal is available in PDF, visualize how the winery looks like, or read on your computer without being connected to the Internet, and kept just like any regular magazine.

Editorial Values
Our goal is to provide our readers an accessible wine publication as well as other services connected to wine offered by the Internet. While we aim to balance family and wine time, like a job, wine writing and photography requires a huge resources not just time, but financial too. As we look at our work over the longer term beyond the year, we would consider advertising and sponsorship prospects, and we hope this activity will not deter our passion and dilute our editorial values. We are clear on this aspect: reports about wineries, their wines and distillery tasting and reviews, news concerning wineries and producers, news about events, are not considered advertising by us. We will strive not to commercialize from these content which are dear and important to both you and us, neither will we also claim for this kind of information just because we want to be able to express our views at their best, with honesty, and objectivity.
