2005 Burgundy Tasting @ Brix in Singapore

The 2005 vintage was outstanding everywhere in France, especially the 2 Bs. Bordeaux and Burgundy.
The profile of the vintage is definitely more red fruit than black. There is a marvelous refreshing mineral feels which made these wines lively and dynamic – perhaps most predicted surpassing 1990, 1999 and 2002.
As below is our review of 4 2005 Burgundian wines, 1 white and 3 reds from a recent tasting put together by Wine Nirvana and Brix Wine Shop in Singapore.

Most wine lovers, especially white lovers tend to perceive the wines from this estate is an exemplary model to what Puligny Montrachet can achieve and please. The wines from Chateau de Puligny-Montrachet remains reasonably priced and are within reach to the average consumer.
