Thibault took over this family estate in 2001. The biodynamic (Since 2005) 7.5 hectares estate bottles several wines including Bourgogne, Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Chambolle-Musigny, Clos Vougeot, Corton Le Rognet , Corton Renardes , Nuits St. Georges Les Saint Georges, La Charmotte, Richebourg, and Vosne-Romanée Aux Réas.
The estate dries out its barrels for 3 years before using them in order to make his wines drier, while silkier and delicate. Rarely is more than 50% new wood is used with aging between 14 and 18 months, without racking or any other aeration. They are neither fined nor filtrated before bottling and release.
The wines of Thibault are priced variedly, but remains within reach to the average wine consumer.
