2007 Frédéric Trouillet Pouilly-Fuissé (France, Burgundy, Mâconnais). 13.5%, 100% Chardonnay from a 1 hectare vineyard, with 10 months in French oak. Inviting floral and fresh, mineral citrus nose. Full-bodied, caramel, melon, well-balanced with moderate acidity, apple, pear and a round medium finish.
