德国的葡萄酒, 尤其是雷司令 (Riesling) 白葡萄酒近来越来越受到亚洲葡萄酒爱好者与收藏家的欢迎. 随着2005年与2007年的天公作美, 德国葡萄酒产商们得以生产出大量品质极佳的葡萄酒. 这些葡萄酒酒精度低, 非常适合搭配包括中餐等各种各类的食物. 德国葡萄酒在价格方面有高有低. 但总的来说, 绝大多数的德国葡萄酒都是物超所值的.
